Riseup Digital PH is a white-labeled SaaS application built on the Go High Level (GHL) platform. These Terms govern your use of Riseup Digital PH and any related services provided by us.

3. Account Registration and Use

You must register for an account to access certain features of Riseup Digital PH. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription Fees and Payments

Riseup Digital PH charges subscription fees for access to the platform. These fees are billed on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable, including if you decide to terminate your subscription early or if your account is suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms.

5. No Refunds Policy

Once a customer logs into their account, no refunds will be issued for any subscription fees paid. Please conduct your independent technical due diligence about the platform thoroughly before committing to a subscription.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use Riseup Digital PH solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Riseup Digital PH in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Riseup Digital PH (including all intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of Riseup Digital PH and its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Riseup Digital PH immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

Riseup Digital PH reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Subscriber Responsibility

Upon subscribing to our service, it is the subscriber's responsibility to research, study, and learn everything about
Riseup Digital PH and how to use it effectively. We provide resources and support to assist in this process, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the subscriber.

11. Subscriber Conduct

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use Riseup Digital PH to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to data scraping, spamming, and uploading harmful content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Riseup Digital PH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riseup Digital PH and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

14. Subscription Management

Your subscription grants access to the RiseUp Digital PH platform based on your selected plan. Any optional professional services, including setup, migration, consulting, training, or custom development, are separate offerings unless explicitly stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to update subscription pricing in the future. If pricing changes, existing subscribers will be notified in advance via email or through the platform.

15. Service Availability

We strive to keep Riseup Digital PH available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. For support, please contact us at support@riseupdigitalph.com.

16. Support

All active subscribers receive access to standard customer support for platform-related questions and technical assistance.

Additional professional services, including custom setup, migrations, integrations, consulting, training, and done-for-you implementations, are available separately and may incur additional fees.

17. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (“PIArb”).
